We appreciate all the help that we get during our sale. Our volunteers work hard to help our consignors and public during the sale. They are a tremendous help to us during setup, the sale, and the break down. We have special incentives for our volunteers! *Click on the link above. *Click on times to volunteer. *If you need different hours, contact us to work out a schedule.
What do volunteers do during their shifts? We have written some brief descriptions of what we do during each shift. We hope this helps you in making a choice of when to help us. Please let us know if you need more information.
Set up: we are preparing the room for the sale. We set up racks, which includes some heavy lifting and can get dirty at times. We arrange the tables, baskets, racks, signs, etc for drop off. There are no shoppers during this time.
Drop off: we are accepting items from our consignors. We check the consignor in, Jennifer & Meg will check items, volunteers help sort items and arrange them for the sale. There are no shoppers during this time.
Pre-Sale/Public Sale: we are in the heat of battle! :) Volunteers help shoppers find items, de-tag items at check out, bag items at check out, re-stock items that were not purchased, straighten racks & tables, and sometimes help carry items out to a car. There ARE shoppers during this time so you are working with the public. It gets fast paced during the sale, so you will be on your toes! :)
Breakdown: we are re-sorting items and cleaning up to prepare for pick up. This is a very fast paced time! We are taking apart the racks, tables and baskets and preparing piles of any unsold items for consignors in a short amount of time. There are no shoppers during this time.
Pass Back: we are connecting consignors with their unsold items. Volunteers retrieve unsold items for consignors and help them check out. We clean up the room and sometimes help consignors carry items to their cars.

Guidelines for Volunteers
- Please be on time for each shift and stay for your assigned time.
- Please sign in and sign out for each shift volunteered.
- All volunteers will wear a nametag during their shift.
- Volunteer 5 or more hours to join the pre-sale starting Sat at 4:30 PM.
- .
- It gets busy, so please do not bring your children during your shift.
- Volunteer 8 or more hours to earn 80% of your sales.
- You are responsible for your food/drink. You may bring your own cooler.
